Picture yourself in Twin Peaks Contest
We are looking for photography inspired by scenes from Twin Peaks for a 16-month calendar to be sold at the Twin Peaks Festival and on our website. Whether you dress up as a character, or you just have a great photo of a recreated environmental shot from the show, we'd love to see what all of you can come up with. Be creative, try a couple different scenes and characters. Remember, we can only get so many entries of Laura wrapped in plastic, so it's good ot mix it up a bit.
The Official Rules tell you what you need to know to create and submit your entry. Please review them prior to starting to make sure you are eligible and meeting the specifications. By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules.

3. PHOTO REQUIREMENTS. Submitted photos must be in landscape orientation and be of the highest resolution and finest quality that your camera allows (see your camera's manual for details). This will allow for the photo to be printed as large as possible. One large photo will be used per month on the calendar. Choice of scene, make-up, costuming, and lighting are all factors that could give you a leg up in the competition.

After reviewing these Official Rules, send an e-mail with the subject “Photo Calendar Contest Entry” containing your full name, mailing address, date of birth, and your photo as an attachment to contest@twinpeaksfest.com. Preferred file format for your photo is JPG, but please make sure your camera is set to the highest resolution and finest quality before taking any photos. All entries must be received within the entry period. You may enter as many unique photos as you want. No purchase is necessary to enter or win in this contest. A purchase of any item from Twin Peaks Festival will not improve your chances of winning.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Entries will be blind reviewed and selected on the basis of Creativity and originality (50%), Spirit of Twin Peaks (25%), and Quality of production (25%). Judging will be conducted by festival organizers and volunteers, and is scheduled to be completed on or about July 6, 2008. Sixteen (16) winning entries will be chosen, and will be used as the primary photos on each month of a 16-month calendar. Contest winners will be notified by e-mail shortly after the judging has finished. Any contest winner notification returned to Twin Peaks Festival as undeliverable for any reason will be forfeited and, at Twin Peaks Festival’s discretion, awarded to an alternate. If an alternate determination is necessary for any reason, the entry with the next highest total score shall be declared the contest winner.
6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. Winning entrants will receive a free copy of the 16-month calendar created from photo submissions. If winning entrants have more than one photo used in the calendar, they will only receive one calendar. No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash.

By submitting an entry, you are implying that you have read these Official Rules and agree to them, that the entry is of your own creation, and that you grant Twin Peaks Festival non-exclusive rights to publish your work in any and all media without further compensation or attribution. 8. DISCLAIMER. Entries that are lost, late, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, will not be eligible. Twin Peaks Festival reserves the right to not award any or all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it deems that a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries has not been received.
