TWIN PEAKS FESTIVAL CODE OF CONDUCT
The Twin Peaks Festival strives to always be safe event for everyone! If you plan on attending the Twin Peaks Festival, please read and understand the Code of Conduct.
This Code of Conduct is for all Twin Peaks Festival attendees and celebrity guests. It is to help ensure that the behavior of one individual does not disturb the rest of the attendees or celebrity guests. Everyone is encouraged to read this Code and ask questions if something is not clear.
The Twin Peaks Festival is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
The Twin Peaks Festival reserves the right to eject any individual at any time from the Twin Peaks Festival. No refunds will be provided.
BADGES:
Twin Peaks Festival badges must be worn at all time by all attendees and staff. Your badge is only valid for the individual to whom it was issued. Badges may not be shared. The badge is your ticket to all official Twin Peaks Festival events.
PERSONAL INTERACTION WITH FELLOW FANS:
- Be respectful of your fellow fans at all times.
- If someone ask you to leave them alone or tells you no, stop and walk away immediately. There is no reason for you to have any further interaction with them.
PERSONAL INTERACTION WITH OUR CELEBRITY GUESTS:
- Celebrity Guests are here you for you, the fan. Be respectful at all times.
- Conducting celebrity interviews is strictly prohibited; it's disrespectful to our celebrity guests and fellow fans.
SMOKING: The State of Washington does not allow smoking or vaping in any public buildings, hotels, restaurants, public schools and busses.
PRIVACY, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND ELECTRONIC RECORDING:
Twin Peaks Festival attendees should be aware that photographs, video and audio recordings occur during the festival, and that their likenesses may appear in these recordings. Attendees agree to assign without compensation the use of their likenesses for the use of promotion material.
Attendees should be polite and ask before taking photographs or recordings of celebrity guests and attendees whenever possible. Photography and audio/video recordings for personal archival use is generally acceptable, unless an individual makes it clear that they do not wish to be photographed or recorded, in which case it becomes expressly forbidden.
